1099 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1099 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing or using the 1099 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
These terms are effective from January 2026. The latest version is always available on this page.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 1099 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use 1099's services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the entire period of platform use.
- Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Registration using a false identity or another person's details is strictly prohibited.
- Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online betting services.
- Never been suspended or banned from the 1099 platform for any prior breach of terms.
Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Security
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. 1099 will never request your password via email, message, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
The platform employs industry-standard encryption to protect users' personal data and transaction information. That said, users are equally responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the platform is secure and free from malware.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the 1099 platform solely for lawful purposes and must not:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or interfere with the platform's functionality or security systems.
- Spreading false, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Taking any action that could damage the reputation or operations of 1099.
- Transferring, selling, or sharing their account with any other party under any circumstances.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1099 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including online banking through FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. Users must ensure that the payment method used is registered in their own name — using another person's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set out in the user account section.
- Funds deposited into a user's account do not accrue interest.
- 1099 reserves the right to decline or suspend any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Any issues with deposits not being credited must be reported to customer support within 24 hours.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered under the same name as the user's 1099 account.
- Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times can be reviewed in the account section after logging in.
- Withdrawals involving bonus balances may be subject to rollover requirements before funds can be released.
- 1099 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Account Suspension, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
1099 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if any of the following is found:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Fraudulent chargebacks, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period.
Once an account has been closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1099 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Platform disruption or unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss of funds resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
- Unsatisfactory betting outcomes or game results.
- Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1099 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, graphics, text, software code, and other visual elements — is the intellectual property of 1099 or its respective licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1099. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 1099 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and content providers. 1099 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately before use.
Changes to These Terms
1099 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the most current version of the terms. Continued use of the platform following any published changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the relevant Malaysian courts. By using the 1099 platform, users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or disputes relating to the use of this platform.
